Border Patrol official: Obama admin released sick illegals into U.S., agents hospitalized

crisisOn Friday, I wrote of an executive order signed by Obama that allows for the detention of Americans with symptoms of certain respiratory diseases.  At first, it was thought that was  due to Ebola.  It would seem, however, that it may be the result of all those illegals Obama is setting loose in the country.  According to a report at CBS Pittsburgh, there are a number of illegal immigrants who have been released into the country by the Obama administration that are sick — really sick.

In fact, Shawn Moran, the vice president and spokesman for the National Border Patrol Council, told KDKA Radio’s Mike Pintek that some agents have been hospitalized for — get this — respiratory diseases they believe came from their job.

obama-weakThe downing of the Malaysian airliner MH-17 over the Ukraine has shown the weakness of Europe and the U.S. on what to do and on Sunday, the Herald Sun of Australia reported that the west has made Putin into a monster and the weakness of European countries and the Obama administration is to blame for it.

Andrew Bolt of the Herald Sun said that it is Putin’s Russia that supplied those rebels with the necessary arms along with the BUK SA-11 missile launcher that is suspected of shooting down the commercial aircraft and that Russia may have been the one to supply the sophisticated SA-11 ground to air missile. Judicial Watch (JW) said on Thursday in a newsletter email received on Friday that they have filed suit against the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC) to obtain government records relating to a June 15, 2010 request for an investigation into possible Hatch Act violations by then-White House staff members Rahm Emanuel and Jim Messina.

Judicial Watch had filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit, “Judicial Watch v. U.S. Office of Special Counsel (Case 1:14-cv-00724)” on April 25, 2014 and due to stonewalling tactics by the White House and the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OSC). Continue reading

On Wednesday, Democratic Senator Patrick Leahy and Republican Congressman James Sensenbrenner proposal to amend the USA Freedom Act, the domestic metadata collection by the National Security Agency (NSA) of millions of Americans, passed unanimously by a vote of 32-0, in the House Judiciary Committee.

The non-profit Campaign for Liberty (C4L), founded by former presidential candidate and U.S. Congressman Ron Paul, is fighting a battle with the IRS’s demand that it reveal its donor list to the them, Campaign for Liberty reported on Wednesday.

The IRS has already levied a fine of $12, 900 against the non-profit group, through a letter dated March 24, 2014, for withholding their donor information from their annual 990 filing and the interest will accrue every day April 14, 2014 if the group continues its refusal to pay the fine. The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed a lawsuit against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on Tuesday for withholding records sought by the RNC’s 2013 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

In released statement to Republican members through email, the RNC stated that the initial request, dated on May 21, 2013, they sought to review documents and correspondence related to criteria used for reviewing and approving 501(c)(4) tax-exempt organizations. Continue reading

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy’s decades-long battle against the federal government over grazing rights continues, but it may get worse over a leaked memo that was uncovered in 2010 that reveals an Obama Administration land grab initiative that may spread across other western states, possibly causing the same showdown between landowners, ranchers, and the federal government.

The Tea Party Command Center on Saturday uncovered the lost news report where former Republican Senator Jim DeMint raised the alarm back in 2010 of a leaked memo about a planned, 10 million acre Western land grab by the Obama administration of 17 sites in 11 western states.
