Six elite military veterans – one Army Ranger, three Marines, and 2 Navy SEALs, in a 13-hour race against time to save the lives of 36 Americans…and their own. It was a battle from hell, and the movie is coming in January – you won’t want to miss it.
As previously reported, three times within a span of around 25 minutes, the CIA Annex Security Team was told to stand down after receiving a frantic call for help from the State Department diplomatic compound. At that point, they made the decision to go anyway in spite of the orders.
Vastly outnumbered, those men fought intense battles and performed acts of heroism (with no air support) in an effort to save the lives of State Department members in Benghazi. It is to their credit that only 4 Americans died that night: Ambassador Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Tyrone Woods, and Glen Doherty.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
When everything went wrong…the Annex Security Team did their jobs. When everything went wrong, the State Department failed to do theirs.
13 Hours – The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi
A movie set to be released on January 15, 2016 promises to be a fast paced action film that shows the story of Benghazi. It is based upon the book “13 Hours, The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi,” written by Mitchell Zuckhoff with the aid of surviving members of the Annex Security Team.
The movie is directed by Michael Bay. The cast includes: John Krasinski as Jack Silva, Pablo Scheiber as Kris “Tanto” Paronto, Toby Stephens as Glen “Bub” Doherty, David Denman as Dave “Boon” Benton, Max Martini as Mark “Oz” Geist, James Badge Dale as Tyrone “Rone” Woods, and Dominic Fumusa as John “Tig” Tiegen.
As more and more information comes to light about Hillary Clinton and the State Department leadership’s complicity and failures in the deaths of those 4 Americans, a movie like this should make Americans realize that something was hideously wrong with the policies and practices of our government.
It is a drama, complete with special effects and actors, but it tells a true story.
Besides- we all love a great action movie. And this promises to be one of those edge-of-the-seat ones.
